Marketing is often thought of as just "Promotional" activity, however Strategic Marketing is about "Market-based decisions". i.e.
- finding out who your ideal "target" customers and markets are
- working out what they really want; we mean REALLY want!
- working out how to do it successfully and profitably
- and then doing it! (no excuses!)
Well prepared Strategic "Market" decisions, enable the business goals to be achieved. Highly competitive market conditions require innovative, intelligent, strategic responses that understand and (at minimum) meet customers' needs.
The main problem is often about finding the extra time, this is where the additional resources that we can provide, becomes invaluable.
Don't just throw money at promotional activity in an attempt to raise turnover. Malcolm wont ever suggest that you book loads of expensive advertising, and hope for the best (it would be like sticking your head in the sand) easy though it would be to suggest this "tactical" solution. Take a sensible step back and let's take a "holistic" look into where pragmatic progress can really be made.
Malcolm is a marketer who understands the word "Holistic" and also the difference between "Strategic" and ""Tactical".
Just make contact for a discussion, perhaps about his services as an additional, low-cost, flexible and versatile resource, to help your organisation achieve the improvements or profits it should be making.
